Fundraising for Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden
1. Nature / Objectives
Breath of Bliss™ is a breathwork practice that infuses you with aliveness using breath, movement and sound. Unlike other breathing practices, emphasis is placed on liberating oneself and achieving unity with others.
This special Breath of Bliss Ceremony is a part of the Planetary Breath of Bliss Project. Participants will become part of a synchronised ceremony taking place around the world on the same day, centering on a powerful worldwide message of love.
ABOUT THE PLANETARY BREATH OF BLISS PROJECT:
The Planetary Breath of Bliss Project is a quarterly event where Breath of Bliss Facilitators around the globe will be holding breathwork ceremonies on the same day, with the same theme to anchor the highest frequencies of awakening on this planet. This concept is backed by research from the Heart Math Institute, that when groups of people come together with a shared intention, a more coherent energy wave is created and amplified in the global field environment that helps to lift individual and collective consciousness.
So by coming together at different places on the planet we are creating a powerful grid of LOVE globally and also giving back locally with donations going to local charities committed to unity, love and equality.
