Job Summary

This role entails overseeing a variety of IT operational tasks essential for maintaining efficient and cost-effective IT and communication strategies that support KFBG and Green Hub. Responsibilities include ensuring a secure and stable network infrastructure, managing client-server environments, and offering user support to resolve IT-related issues in alignment with KFBG's visions and development objectives. Additionally, this role will collaborate on IT projects, and contribute significantly to the overall success of the team. The incumbent will report to IT Manager.

 Major responsibilities
  • Assist in develop and maintain IT strategies for KFBG;
  • Ensure network and system reliability, provide maintenance and troubleshooting support;
  • Document hardware and software configurations and troubleshooting steps for future reference;
  • Assist in managing IT inventory, including procurement, asset tracking, and license management;
  • Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance, project implementation, and follow up;
  • Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of KFBGC;
  • A bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years of working experience in IT support/system administration;
  • Possession of Certificate in PMP and/or CCNA is an absolute advantage;
  • Experience in the administration of Azure Cloud, O365 and VMware is an absolute advantage;
  • Good communicate and interpersonal skill in both written and speaking English and Cantonese;
  • A good team player with strong sense of collaboration;
  • Non-office hours support is required.
