Farm Shop Attendant (Part Time)

Major responsibilities
Farm Shop Operations
- Perform on-shift duties, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations of the Farm Shop based on the needs of shop
- Handle inquiries, requests, and issues happened in the Farm Shop promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and transactions professionally.
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure all visitors are given responsive, friendly and courteous services at all times.
- Address visitors concerns/requirements promptly.
- Act as the representative of KEBG to provide pleasant experiences to visitor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school or above.
- Minumum 1 year relevant experience in retail or customer service
- Responsible and punctual individual, eager to learn
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Immediate availability preferred
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as needed.
