Development & Partnerships Officer

Major responsibilities

Partnerships establishment and engagement

  • Develop and manage collaboration proposals with corporate partners, clearly outlining terms of partnership and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and organisational policies.
  • Maintain regular communication with corporate partners, facilitate effective collaboration, proactively address emerging issues or concerns, and support smooth implementation of joint initiatives to achieve shared objectives.

Event management and co-ordination

  • Plan and execute events of various scales and high-impact corporate experiences (habitat restoration programme, volunteering activities, VIP tour etc) to build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance visibility and community ties.
  • Manage branded proposals, assess event effectiveness, solicit funding, and support stakeholder communications.

Project Management Support

  • Provide comprehensive project management support for strategic conservation and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communications with internal and external partners to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Handle administrative tasks, coordinate project logistics, and assist in preparing project materials.
  • Monitor progress toward key milestones and provide support as needed.

Product development

  • Monitor product trends and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to develop innovative new products, execute detailed launch plans, and successfully introduce products to market.
  • Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, and/or partnership development.
  • Well-organised and detail-minded. Outgoing with a positive, enthusiastic personality
  • Strong commitment to KFBG’s mission, vision, and values
  • Physically fit and able to work comfortably indoors and outdoors in varying weather for extended periods
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
  • A valid driving license would be an advantage.
