Development and Partnerships Department
Major responsibilities
Partnerships establishment and engagement
- Develop and manage collaboration proposals with corporate partners, clearly outlining terms of partnership and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and organisational policies.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate partners, facilitate effective collaboration, proactively address emerging issues or concerns, and support smooth implementation of joint initiatives to achieve shared objectives.
Event management and co-ordination
- Plan and execute events of various scales and high-impact corporate experiences (habitat restoration programme, volunteering activities, VIP tour etc) to build long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance visibility and community ties.
- Manage branded proposals, assess event effectiveness, solicit funding, and support stakeholder communications.
Project Management Support
- Provide comprehensive project management support for strategic conservation and partnership initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communications with internal and external partners to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Handle administrative tasks, coordinate project logistics, and assist in preparing project materials.
- Monitor progress toward key milestones and provide support as needed.
Product development
- Monitor product trends and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to develop innovative new products, execute detailed launch plans, and successfully introduce products to market.
- Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, and/or partnership development.
- Well-organised and detail-minded. Outgoing with a positive, enthusiastic personality
- Strong commitment to KFBG’s mission, vision, and values
- Physically fit and able to work comfortably indoors and outdoors in varying weather for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- A valid driving license would be an advantage.
