Shuttle Bus Service

The shuttle bus departs from the Reception Car Park and takes about 40 minutes to complete the route, calling at seven stops across the Farm. Tickets are sold at the Reception Office together with your admission ticket, one per visitor, on a first-come-first-served basis. No reservation is available.

Buses stop only to pick up and set down. Apart from the starting stop, visitors may get on or off at any stop along the way and re-board a later bus with the same day’s ticket, subject to seat availability.

  • In case of inclement weather or internal arrangements, the schedule may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

Tickets and boarding

Passenger Guideline

  1. Each passenger can purchase ONE shuttle bus ticket at KFBG’s Reception Office together with the admission ticket on a first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Bus ticket is only valid for the schedule on the day of issue.
  3. Passengers must present a valid bus ticket when boarding or the bus driver can deny his/her boarding.
  4. The maximum capacity of each shuttle bus is 24 people and according to KFBG’s insurance coverage, every passenger irrespective of age will be counted.
  5. Children under the age of 4, if accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above), can enjoy a free ride.
  6. No reservation is provided for the shuttle bus service.
  7. You can get a refund (from the KFBG Reception Office) on the same day of your purchase if KFBG cancels the shuttle bus service due to bad weather or other special circumstances.
  8. There is no refund or exchange of tickets if the passenger is late and misses the bus.
  9. In case of disputes, KFBG’s decision will be final.
