- Nature/Objectives
Hong Kong’s climate is suitable for growing tea. This activity connects the upstream and connects the upstream and “downstream processes of tea production”.
In the past, Tai Mo Shan was one of the tea production areas, but the tea fields of the past were abandoned long ago. However, today there are approximately 2,000 tea trees located in the terraced fields at an altitude of about 400 metres at KFBG.
The hot summer is over, so why not take advantage of the cooler autumn weather and visit this revived organic tea garden and learn about the production of tea? Let go of the hustle and bustle and calmly taste the aroma of local tea. You are welcome to participate in the Autumn Tea Sharing event (the event will be conducted in Cantonese).
This event is jointly organised by the Regenerative Agriculture Department, KFBG and the Hong Kong Tea Production Institute. - Content
