1. Nature / Objectives
The Dragon Workshop is a one-day workshop in the natural and tranquil environment of KFBG. It is an extended version of the Little Fish Workshop. It provides more time for participants to experience their connection to nature through inner silence and a shift in awareness.
2. Content
This workshop is based on the story, "The Little Fish", authored by Andrew McAulay, which explores personal transformation and our relationship with the environment through the journey of awakening of a little fish.
The programme includes mindful walking, sitting silently in nature, story-telling, stretching exercises, sharing and showing gratitude to nature. Our facilitators guide participants through a peaceful and uplifting experience in the serene surroundings of our beautiful forest and gardens.
Participants will walk slowly from the lower area of KFBG (altitude: 180 metres) up to the summit of Kwun Yum Shan (altitude: 552 metres).
3. Target Group / No. of Participants

- 18 participants per workshop
- All participants are requested to respect other participants by maintaining silence throughout the journey.
