Nature's energy is an ever-present force in our lives. It not only provides the resources for our existence but also holds the essence of love for nature, offering profound well-being in itself.
Join us for an afternoon with Dr Claire Elouard, a passionate teacher with a deep connection to and understanding of nature's energy, who once again returns to Hong Kong to give a series of ‘Energy of Nature’ workshops, retreats and events at Kadoorie Farm.
In this half-day experience, Claire shares how nature can help us connect to its qualities and with ourselves, followed by experiential exercises in the beautiful environment of the Green Hub, the unique heritage site of the Old Tai Po Police Station, which is historically, architecturally and ecologically significant. Through these experiential exercises, participants can cultivate a deep awareness of their intuitive relationship with nature. With a connection to nature such as this, it helps us to find harmony and stability within ourselves in our daily life and puts us in touch with the healing powers of nature. Participants also have a chance to share their experiences and exchange with Claire and each another.
During the afternoon you will also enjoy vegetarian refreshments prepared by the Green Hub, aligning with KFBG’s commitment to promote healthy and sustainable food. We believe that by eating vegetarian and local food, we take action to lighten our ecological footprint.
