Events and Programmes
1. Nature / Objectives
The Little Fish Workshop is a half-day workshop of silence in the natural and tranquil environment of KFBG. It provides an opportunity for participants to experience the joy of silence, and through the space of a still mind, to connect their inner self with nature.
2. Content
This workshop is based on the story, "The Little Fish", authored by Andrew McAulay, which explores personal transformation and our relationship with the environment through the journey of awakening of a little fish.
The programme includes mindful walking, sitting silently in nature, story-telling, stretching exercises, sharing and showing gratitude to nature. Our facilitators guide participants through a peaceful and uplifting experience in the serene surroundings of our beautiful forest and gardens.
Participants will walk from the lower area of KFBG (altitude: 180 metres) up to the summit of Kwun Yum Shan (altitude: 552 metres). It will take about 90 minutes to walk very slowly uphill to the summit.
