You are warmly invited to join Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden’s online public breathwork ceremony on February 27, 2021 (HKT 17:00-19:30), facilitated by Breath of Bliss™ Facilitator, Andrew McAulay. In this workshop, we will explore the relationship between time and the mind, using the breath to bring our awareness into our bodies and the eternal present.
About the Facilitator
Andrew chairs the Boards of Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG) and Partnerships for Community Development (www.pcd.org.hk). He is passionate about nature, has written two books of poetry and has been teaching meditation since 2004. He graduated from the Breath of Bliss™ Level 2 facilitator training in November 2017.
About Breath of Bliss™
Breath of Bliss™ is a breathwork practice that infuses you with aliveness using breath, movement and sound. Unlike other breathing practices, emphasis is placed on liberating oneself and achieving unity with others. This online workshop is for anyone interested, including from outside HK, regardless of the level of their experience with breathwork. For more info on Breath of Bliss™, please visit https://www.breathbliss.com/about
