Virtual Forest Immersion Walk (Online workshop)

 

  1. Nature/ objective
    The Virtual Forest Immersion Walk is a 1.5-hour experience that reconnects you with nature at your own place. During this journey, you are invited to walk slowly, open your heart, and immerse yourself, through different senses, into your natural surroundings. Be relaxed and take in all that nature has to offer. Let our guides open the door for you and allow the forest to be the therapist to carry you, support you and heal you.

  2. Programme Contents
    The journey follows a series of invitations. Invitations are not exercises to accomplish, but more like stages in the flow of an improvisational dance, with nature as your partner.

    • Pleasure of present: An invitation to open up your senses for the upcoming journey
    • Forest invitations: Invitations to immerse yourself into the natural surrounding
    • Tea ceremony: Give gratitude to the forest
    • Sharing: Throughout the journey there would be time for group sharing

    - Online via zoom
    - Go to an outdoor space convenient to you with natural surroundings and good internet signal: city parks, gardens, waterfront, country parks etc.   
    - A quiet area where you can sit comfortably

    20 participants per session

  7. Audience
    Aged 18 years old or above

  8. Fee
    HKD 120 per person (inclusive of ‘Forest Invitation Pack’ sent to you by post prior to the workshop and a complimentary admission ticket to KFBG)
