Trees need care, proper long-term care is essential. As a leader of the Tree Management Team, my responsibilities are to supervise my team to ensure that tree work are carried out under protocol to achieve the required standards. On top of that, I provide regular training on tree work practice, tree inspection and risk assessment for new member of the team.
