Points to note
- All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are deemed successful upon receipt of confirmation email.
- If KFBG cancels the event due to adverse weather or social situations, participants will be notified of refund arrangements by email. No refund will be made for non-attendance, and the event cannot be rescheduled once the application is confirmed.
- Participants must follow KFBG’s Visitor Guidelines: https://www.kfbg.org/en/announcements/visitors-guidelines
- If the applicant fails to follow instructions provided by staff, KFBG reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
- KFBG staff or volunteers will take photographs and record videos during the programme for documentation and promotional use.
