City Nature Challenge 2024 is coming! We are inviting all participants to discover the wildlife species at KFBG. In addition to documenting nature, we are setting up booths to increase public awareness of nature conservation. 

“Come Out in the Wash” Game Booth
Discover the unique environments and diverse ecosystems to be found in various stretches of our local rivers. As nature guardians, join us in our interactive game booth to uncover the distinctive features of these areas and the fascinating creatures that inhabit them. By taking part in our Game Booth and showing your support to the City Nature Challenge, you demonstrate your commitment to understanding and preserving these precious ecosystems. The Tracks of Wildlife at KFBG
KFBG is home to a rich biodiversity, although spotting wild animals can be challenging. Through photo and footage displays and an engaging interactive game, participants will learn about wild animals at KFBG and how to identify the signs of animal activity. The public also has the chance to buy a series of ecological pocket guides and receive special gifts!

Discovery Table
The Discovery Table features a diverse collection of animal specimens that have been confiscated from illegal trade, including birds, reptiles, and mammals. By touching and learning the stories behind these specimens, visitors will have a greater sense of respect for nature and its remarkable inhabitants.

Discovering the orchids
Through an intriguing orchid memory game, visitors can learn more about the various rare native orchids cultivated at KFBG. Visitors can also appreciate many orchids in bloom, interacting with these amazing plants and thereby raising their awareness of orchid conservation.
