Connecting with the Energy of Nature Introductory|1-day Workshop by Dr Claire Elouard

Want to deepen your connection with nature, explore your connection with trees, and learn more about the energy of nature and your own energy?

This One-day Introductory Workshop is an approach to perceive the energy of nature and its healing powers. During the day, experiential activities will help participants to understand and enhance their perception of energy in themselves and in nature, particularly with regard to trees, and their connection with their own intuition. Participants will also practise connecting with trees and with the Earth (grounding and anchoring) and learn how to recharge themselves with the energy of nature.

Experiential activities* may include:
● Identification of one’s perception of energy in oneself and in nature.
● Practice of one’s connection to earth (grounding and anchoring) and its energy.
● Practice of stability in body, mind and spiritual levels.
● Practice of connecting with one’s intuition.
● Connection to trees, their qualities and their healing powers.
● Learn how to revitalise oneself with the energy of nature.
