Remarks 
  • Each applicant must submit one application form.  
  • After registration, no refunds will be given for non-attendance. 
  • Participants will receive a full refund if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather.  
  • If there are fewer than 4 applications, the captioned workshop will be cancelled and the paid enrolment fee will be refunded.
