From movement to stillness, from the outer to the inner world – let the body and mind dance in harmony between strength and softness.
Through parent-child movement and sensory play, families journey into the storybook Little Fish, written by KFBG’s Chairman, Andrew McAulay. This workshop invites parents and children to connect with themselves, each other and nature, as they experience Little Fish’s emotional journey from confusion to growth and transformation.
Throughout the session, families explore body movements of varying intensity, speed and form, discovering the beauty of balance between “strength” and “gentleness”. In the flow of love, bodies become a medium of dialogue, allowing hearts to resonate and return to a place of inner warmth and harmony.
In this journey where body and soul intertwine, parents and children are not just participants, but co-creators. Through shared exploration and interaction, children’s curiosity and creativity naturally emerge, while parents rediscover their inner child and softness. The workshop encourages families to enter each other’s worlds with openness, where every hug and every glance become a moment of deep emotional connection and growth.
This is more than a movement experience – it is a heartfelt dialogue of love and understanding.
