Many perceived challenges may not be real obstacles but rather a sign of burnout. If we can allocate time and space to return to our inner selves and care for ourselves, our bodies and minds can be restored. This allows us to have clearer thoughts, greater tolerance, a broader perspective and discover more possibilities.
You are invited to spend a day of healing through yoga, meditation and self-reflection practices, in the arms of Mother Nature, so that you are ready to face the ups and downs in your life.
Facilitator
Janet Lau Janet is a column writer and a published author of many books in Chinese, namely Living with Yoga and Mindfulness, The Darkness and Light of Life and The Spirituality of Relationships – the Relationship with the Self. Besides yoga teacher training, workshops and retreats, she is also a guest lecturer for the Master of Buddhist Counselling programme at the University of Hong Kong and Chan Academy.
