In these challenging times, breathwork is moving on-line. You are warmly invited to join Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden’s first online, public breathwork session on 8 August 2020, facilitated by Breath of BlissTM Facilitator, Andrew McAulay.
Breath of Bliss™ is a breathwork practice that infuses you with aliveness using breath, movement and sound. Unlike other breathing practices, emphasis is placed on liberating oneself and achieving unity with others. This online workshop is for anyone interested, including from outside HK, regardless of the level of their experience with breathwork.
19th of the 6th Lunar Month is the day on which Kwun Yum attained the Way, which falls on 8 August this year.
