People and Culture Coordinator
People & Culture Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture department, with a focus on HRIS administration, recruitment coordination, training logistics, employee events, and general HR support.

 

Major Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Prepare contracts and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct onboarding formalities for new joiners.

HRIS & Data Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our HRIS.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, updates, and maintenance of employee records
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for upgrades or fixes.
  • Manage system service renewals and related administrative processes.

Training & Development Coordination

  • Coordinate training logistics, including venues setup and
  • Organize and coordinate in-house first aid and fire drill training.
  • Handle training subsidy applications.
  • Handle the logistics of New Staff Orientation.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely within the P&C team to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Proactively participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and assist tasks, projects and events organized by the P&C Department.
  • Collaborate with other supporting departments like Finance, Facilities Management teams to streamline processes and ensure effective coordination between departments.

Employee Events & Special Projects Coordination

  • Coordinate staff events (e.g., Spring Dinner, Earth Day, etc.).
  • Support HR-led special projects (e.g., employee engagement surveys, etc.).

General HR & Operational Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Manage work injury cases, including arranging panel doctor appointments and updating leave records in the HRIS.
  • Handle departmental expenses and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Act as the AO of the P&C department to be the point-in-contact to communicate and coordinate with other departments and from within when necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of KFBGC.
  • Processes around 1-3 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates academically principled in Human Resources Management would also be considered.
  • Degree holder in relevant fields, such as Human Resources Management preferable.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good understanding of all prevailing practices, policies and arrangements and be ready to facilitate changes undertaking in the organisation               
  • Friendly, hardworking, and motivated with good self-discipline.
  • Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
