Communications Manager

Job Summary
The Communications manager will support our Branding, internal and external 360 communications strategy, write and disseminate publicity material, respond to inquiries from the public and media, and coordinate promotional events.
Major responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role. The incumbent will report to the Head of Communication & Partnerships.
Branding & Marketing Communications
- plan and deliver branding and integrated marketing communications strategy that enhances brand equity and assists the organization in achieving its company objectives, missions and vision of KFBG.
- Developing and executing results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication
Public Relations
- Support strategic planning develop, implement and measure public & corporate relations activities, both external and internal, delivering measurable projects and campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.
- Cultivate strong media relations.
- Generate positive coverage for KFBG
Advertising
- Explore appropriate advertising opportunities for KFBG.
- Manage advertising development, promoting KFBG mission and programmes in a controlled manner through paid channels.
Digital / Social Media Marketing
- Devise digital marketing strategies and social media content strategies in consistent with brand positioning
- Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc
- Campaign Management- develop marketing campaigns that reach our target audience in the most time and cost-effective way
- Engage KOL/ influencers to ensure they create brand-aligned content, post at an agreed time and deal with any positive or negative comments
- Campaign optimization - Optimizing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and digital advertising
- Track the effectiveness of various campaigns - use analytics tools to monitor website traffic, edm response rate, digital and social media campaign effectiveness to maximise ROI
- Optimize the user experience on the company's website and assisting with the landing page creation, tracking consumer purchase behavior
- Gain potential leads and transform them into customers
Publication
- Manage the compilation, edition and production of publications including Annual Report and other organization materials.
The incumbent may also be asked to perform an additional task according to the needs of the KFBG and formulated by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing.
- Equivalent experience in a similar role for a minimum of 12 years.
- Think creatively.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing.
- Driving license holder is preferred.
