Role and responsibilities

Develop and manage MDW Community Network for programs/ events/ activities

  • Develop, organize, and promote a "Community leader scheme" through a series of reward and recognition programs as an incentive to entice and recruit them.
  • Work closely with the Community leaders for intense relationship building among the MWD Community Network of diverse interests.
  • Build and manage including daily maintenance of the WhatsApp Communities as the main communication channel of MDW Community Network for different programs/events/activities, mainly for information dissemination, program recruitment, program/event/activities updates, and logistic arrangement/gathering feedback.
  • Boost programs/events/activities registration to ensure sufficient enrollment numbers.

Marketing and promotion

  • Familiarize with the use of social media platforms (FB Ad Manager)/ WhatsApp Communities, create interesting and relevant content to reach the target audience, broadcast news and updates
  • Familiar with marketing and design tools
  • Widespread the programs/events/activities news through different promotional channels such as social media platforms, magazines, and other promotional/communication channels
  • Outreaching diverse communities for joint programs/ events

Programs/ events/ activities logistic arrangements

  • Follow up on the registration status and handle transportation arrangements.
  • Participate in all the programs/ events/ activities to ensure smooth implementation, participants' satisfactory level and gauze feedback

Manage Community Network Database

  • Manage and maintain the database for effective communication purposes.

The incumbent may also be asked to perform an additional task according to the needs of the Organization.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of Marketing and promotion and/or event management and/or CRM experience
  • Good project management skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Communication skills in Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia are required
  • Well-organized and detailed minded
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and on Sundays, or holidays. These Sundays will be compensated by leave on other days
