Make your own fermented food — from the farm to the kitchen
Registration deadline: Two weeks before the event starts. Your participation directly supports KFBG’s conservation work, with all proceeds after cost deductions going towards our conservation efforts.
Children can make fermented foods by hand and experience the traditional fermentation process, including vegan mini pancakes and colorful parfait cups. Through the activity, children will learn about local organic ingredients and low-carbon diets, understand where food comes from, and learn to cherish food and protect the planet.

- A shuttle bus is provided from Tai Po Market MTR Station to HKU Kadoorie Centre
- Return transport must be arranged independently
- No parking space available at the HKU Kadoorie Centre. Please avoid driving there.
