City sounds often revolve around the pressures of daily life. But we invite you to embark on a journey with us, deep into the heart of the forest. Open your ears and let your heart resonate with the harmonies of nature.
Through years of unwavering dedication to wildlife and plant conservation, Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG) has become a haven of rich biodiversity. Within this precious natural sanctuary, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking ‘soundscape’ that unfolds. Picture the undulating mountainous terrain, where birdsong, insect chirps, soft whispers of the wind and the gentle rustle of falling leaves come together in a symphony of nature's melody. Guided by these captivating sounds, we'll venture through the upland areas of KFBG, immersing ourselves in the very essence of this nurturing land, and embracing the ceaseless rhythms of happiness.
Along the way, you'll encounter an array of fascinating ferns and chance upon blossoming flowers that paint the seasons with vibrant colours. You might also catch the soothing murmurs of flowing rivers and the soaring calls of majestic eagles and songbirds.
Let the melodies of nature soothe your spirit and bring serenity to your mind, body and soul. As you participate in our half-day forest interactive music concert, you'll rediscover the art of listening – truly listening – to the messages conveyed by the land. Immerse yourself in the wonders of nature and let the forest infuse you with revitalising energy, fostering the holistic well-being and happiness of our environment.
