Have you been feeling disconnected from the rhythm of the world around you, or are seeking a deeper sense of clarity and courage for your everyday life? This three-day immersive retreat is not just a break from your routine – it’s a multi-layered journey back to yourself.
By weaving together intellectual co-learning, intuitive sensing, playful creation and deep nature connection, we create a space for you to explore what it truly means to be a human being on this Earth.
This three-day immersive experience is co-created by various KFBG departments, interweaving night walk from Fauna Conservation, ecological perspectives from Flora Conservation, soil nourishment from Regenerative Agriculture and sustainable low-carbon living from Food Hub, together with art and transformative experiences from Holistic Education. We invite you to take part in this journey of “We Are Nature”.
What You Will Experience:
- Learn & Expand Your Mind: Dive into Systems Theory and Deep Ecology to understand the web of life you belong to.
- Feel & Sense: Step through a focused Deep Time Walk Taster, observe nature through Goethean practices, and tune into the subtle energy of the land.
- Play & Create: Step back into childhood curiosity – get your hands into the soil, explore seeds and make art directly with nature.
- Co-Create & Share: Harvest and cook meals together, share stories around the circle and learn alongside a supportive community.
- The Awakening: By grounding yourself in the living Earth, you will reconnect with your "Bigger Self" – leaving with renewed vitality, grounded clarity and the courage to live authentically.
