Administrative & Accounting Assistant (Part-Time)
Sustainable Living Department

Major responsibilities

The incumbent will report to “Senior Officer (Accounting and Administration)”.

  1. Cash handling & daily revenue support
    • Count and verify the daily cash revenue from the Eat Well canteen and GH Shop.
    • Ensure accuracy in daily takings and reports and discrepancies.
  1. Sales Invoice Management
    • Record outstanding sales invoices
    • Check and follow up on pending or irregular invoice items.
  1. Outdoor / Bank-related Tasks
    • Perform external duties such as depositing cheques and cash.
    • Handle occasional off‑site administrative errands as assigned.
  1. Data Entry
    • Input accounting and administrative data accurately into the system.
    • Maintain updated and organized records in relevant databases.
  1. Document Filing
    • Organize file and maintain accounting and administrative documents.
    • Ensure proper document storage for easy retrieval
  1. General Office Support
    • Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence.
    • Provide administrative support to daily operations as required.

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or equivalent.
  • Possess LCCI Level 1 Certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting (or above).
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (Quick Book).
  • Detail-oriented and patient, capable of handling meticulous paperwork and financial records.
  • 2–3 working days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday),
  • Around 4 hours per day (from 2pm-6pm)
