Security Supervisor
Facilities Department

Major responsibilities

  • To lead, supervise and motivate the Security Team to ensure a safe, secure and well-managed environment across KFBG.
  • To ensure quality and timely delivery of security services, including effective deployment of manpower and resources.
  • To monitor team performance, provide guidance and coaching, and foster continuous improvement and professionalism.
  • To actively manage frontline teams, enforce strict compliance protocols, and lead emergency crisis interventions.
  • To oversee the implementation and operation of security systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, patrol systems) to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.
  • To ensure timely reporting, proper handling and follow-up of incidents, abnormalities and emergencies, including liaison with relevant authorities where necessary.
  • To ensure a clear chain  of command, improves response times to critical incidents, and provides the dedicated supervisory oversight needed to protect company assets effectively.
  • To handle inquiries, complaints and emergency situations promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service to staff and visitors.
  • To coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to support daily operations and special events.
  • To ensure effective access control, crowd management and site security, including remote and sensitive areas.
  • To perform shift duties, including day, night, overnight shifts and public holidays, as required.
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational needs.

Job Requirements

  • High school or above
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit (Type B)
  • Holder of first aid and AED certificate is preferred and will be an advantage
  • Driving license no. 1 and 2
  • 5 years or above of relevant experience with control room operations knowledge will be an advantage, preferred in sizeable companies
  • Able to communicate in Cantonese and also basic English and Madarin
  • PC knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Pleasant with a high sense of responsibility
  • Willing to work outdoor and on shifts
