Security Guard
Facilities Department

Major responsibilities

To ensure the security of the farm and to carry out security patrol and other related security services according to Farm’s policies, procedures and guidelines. To ensure all visitors comply with the by-law of the Farm.

Responsibility

  • To perform security patrol according to the Farm’s requirements and report to corresponding departments in-charge when necessary.
  • To report any damage, abnormal happenings and incidents found during routine patrol.
  • To report and monitor hill fire and burglars and take appropriate prompt action like calling the police or fire department for assistance.
  • To manage the staff gate to control the in and out of all vehicles, including VIPs.
  • To monitor and attend scene if there are abnormal situations found or any suspicious activities.
  • To check perimeter fencing and surveillance cameras at remote areas etc. in the wood or up to the hillside.
  • To handle inquiries, complaints, and emergency incidents
  • Any other duties as requested.
  • Work on shifts according to monthly roster, including night and overnight shifts, and public holidays.
Job Requirements
  • High school or above
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit
  • Holder of first aid and AED certificate Holder is preferred will be an advantage
  • Driving license
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferred in sizeable companies
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Pleasant with a high sense of responsibility
  • Good communications skill
  • Willing to work outdoor
