Permaculture Festival at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden

Sustainable Living

The Permaculture Festival will take place on 17th - 18th November, 2012 at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden. The Festival is a place to learn and experience sustainable living and agriculture - in the inclusive spirit of permaculture, it is open to everyone who aspires to live in harmony with our environment.

The Festival will provide a Fair Trade Platform, selling local organic produce and handicraft. There will be a series of talks and workshops on Vertical Greening Challenge, handicrafts and traditional tool-making. Permaculture Pioneers from all over the world have also been invited to join and share their creative designs, ideas and experience for sustainable living.

Do not miss the impromptu music and art performances by local artists during the two-day festival around the farm!

To help reduce waste, don't forget to bring your own shopping bag, eating utensils and water bottle to the Festival.

Do remember to bring a few containers that can be used as planting pots to join the Vertical Greening Challenge.

For details, please visit our website http://www.kfbg.org. Media are welcome to join the festival.
