Partnership Manager/ Assistant Partnership Manager
Communication and Partnerships Department
Major responsibilities
This is a people management role. The incumbent will report to the Head of the Department.
Develop Corporate Collaboration/Partnership
- Assist in development of Corporate collaboration/Partnership to meet target effectively
- Identify and initiate Partnership relationships with private sector and various Charity Foundations. Build and nurture cordial and collaborative relationships with Corporate and Partners
- Prepare Partnership and Funding proposals, presentations, agreements, reports for Corporate/ Charity Foundations/Partners/ Government
- Drive meetings with Corporate/ Charity Foundations/Partners/ Government and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Plan and execute collaboration programmes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of Partnership initiatives
- Conduct analysis on market trends, explore new Partnership initiatives in Hong Kong, Greater China and overseas.
- Provide effective monitoring and managing Partnership activities are delivered in accordance with the KPIs set
- Prepare evaluation reports for collaboration programmes for measurement of effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of Partnership agreements and performance metrics
Manage Fundraising and Events
- Plan and manage events and programmes from ends to ends to ensure target is met effectively
- Manage post event reviews, assessing objectives against actual delivery and documenting events for future reference
Manage Membership Programme and Donation
- Support strategic planning for membership programme and donation campaigns
- Manage members’ and donors’ database to execute membership and monthly donation, acquisition, retention, and reactivation programmes
- Plan and manage members’ and donors’ communication and events
Others
- Conduct guided tours for potential partners and VIPs
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- 6-8 years of Corporate Partnership, Marketing and Event experience
- A Nature enthusiast
- Good project management skills
- Proven good communication skills in Chinese and English
- Well organized and detail-minded
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Excellent team player
- Willingness to work irregular hours or on holidays, if needed
- Ideally, having a driving licence
