Assistant Administration Officer (Guest Services)
Sustainable Living Department
Main Duties:
The job holder will handle daily operations, administrative of Guest Services of KFBG Green Hub (GH) at Tai Po (www.greenhub.hk). He/She reports to the Guest Services Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Handle booking operation and administrative support to perpetuate high quality services to the GH visitors and other SLD facilities users. Service areas include visitor reception and related facilities, service booking.
- Support cross-team programme at GH and work closely with external service providers to assure daily operation being executed in compliance to assure a safe, sustainable, pleasant and inspiring learning environment to GH visitors and facilities users.
- Support front desk duties and and co-op shop if needed.
- Support Visitor Experience Team in organizing Sunday Market and special events to mobilize use of guest facilities to enrich visitors’ experience.
- Work closely with all staff and volunteers to cultivate a vibrant culture towards KFBG mission.
Requirements:
- Commitment to the mission, vision and values of KFBGC.
- Have a deep appreciation of sustainable living.
- Tertiary education. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Computer literacy is essential, and able to lead a transition towards paperless operation.
- Good organizing and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with people from different sectors of the society
- A good team player and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- 5-day work per week. Working on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, and duty-shift occasionally.
- Physically fit for outdoor activities
